Detailed Itinerary:-
Day 01 : Cochin – Munnar (150 km – 4.5 hrs)
On arrival at the Airport/Railway Station in Cochin, you will be met and transfer to hotel at Munnar & embark on a fascinating journey to Munnar enjoying the stunning panoramic view of the Cardamom hills green Carpets of tea plantation enroute. On arrival, overnight stay at your Hotel.
Day 02: Munnar Sightseeing
A morning sightseeing trip to Munnar, visiting the Eravikulam National Park where you can see the very rare mountain goats locally called the Nilgiry Thar, Mattupetty Dam & dairy Farm, Old Munnar Town, Local Market. Rest of the day at leisure and enjoy another overnight stay at your Hotel.
Day 03: Munnar to Thekkady ( 82K.M. )
Morning drive to Thekkady through cardamom hills. Check into the hotel. After lunch visit spice plantations like cardamom, pepper, coffee and tea estate etc… On way back to hotel you could stop at the local market and pick up some fragrant spices. Overnight stay at Thekkady.
Day 04: Thekkady to Alleppey (125 K.m.)
After breakfast,depart for Alleppey by road (Approx:155kms/4hrs).On arrival, check in to houseboat and spend the day atleisure. Houseboat cruise is the best way to explore the beauty of backwaters. Spend the rest of the day at leisure. Enjoy lunch, evening tea/coffee with snacks and dinner on it. Stay overnight in houseboat.
Day 05: Alleppy To Cochin Airport Drop :-
This morning After Breakfast Drop to Cochin Airport.
