Prior to forming LEOcloud, Mr. Gatens was the Chief Commercial Officer for Cloud Constellation Corporation where he had global responsibilities for sales, marketing, channel management, and strategic alliances. Mr. del Rosario holds a Master of Arts degree in Applied Economics from The American University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science/International Relations from the University of Santa Clara. Charity joined Astroscale U.S. in July 2019 as the VP of Global Space Policy and Government Relations. She coordinates and synchronizes Astroscale’s global policy efforts towards spaceflight safety to achieve long-term space sustainability. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science along with a minor in astronomy from Grove City College.

Prior to joining Avanti, he served as CEO of Liquid Telecom South Africa, where he focused on operational excellence, customer experience and talent investment led to significant company growth during his tenure. International Financial Advisory, a boutique advisory firm dedicated to the infrastructure sector. Nathan also worked at seed capital firm Neotech Capital, which invests in new media and telecom start-ups. In this management role, Nathan assessed business plans and developed commercialization strategies for multiple technology start-ups.

Mr. Baugh also has extensive legislative and analytical experience from his work for the Committee on International Relations and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, both in the U.S. Mr. Baugh holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Westminster College and a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from The George Washington University. Before forming NSR, Mr. Baugh served as Senior Analyst for Pioneer Consulting where he covered all aspects of the satellite market.
